Celebration filled the air at Jikoko, a suburb of the FCT on Friday 07:07:17, when the Community Primary Health Centre, a Self Help Project embarked on to save lives was commissioned by the Charge D'affaires US Embassy, Mr David .J. Young.

Tabitha Cumi Foundation through the US Ambassador's Pepfar Grant completed and equipped the project, which was handed over by the Charge D'affaires to the Bwari Area Council Chairman Hon Musa Dikko. This event also promoted the flagging off of the Area Council's Polio Immunization Program. The FCT Executive Secretary for Health, Dr Matthew Ashikeni, Pepfar Country Director, Shirley Dady, CDC Acting Director Dr Omotayo Olu, Medical Women Association of Nigeria , BPW and of course the Board and Staff of Tabitha Cumi Foundation were all present to rejoice with the people.

The support of other organizations like Nigerian International Association of Pennsylvania and Zankli Medical Centre was also acknowledged. Wonderful testimonies were shared of lives of mothers and children that have been saved since the Centre was completed.

The Primary Health Centre has provided access to health to these people who had to travel through many kilometers of unmotorable roads, sometimes without transportation to the nearest facility for minor ailments and child birth. To God be the glory, hallelluya!!!
